Additional Bulk Buy Functionality

Add a 'Bulk Buy' feature to the "Bulk Buy" page
have a field for 'highest price'- when the user enters a price (in USD or DEC) have another field become editable for "MAX amount to buy" that shows how many cards are on the market, at that price or below.
allow the user to lower the amount requested but not increase it (unless you want any unfulfilled orders to automatically turn into a Bid)
This way we can:
Enter a Price
find how many, if any, cards are available at (or below) that price
then, buy them
