Choose from registered accounts when transferring cards

Now that we can register multiple accounts with Peakmonsters for the "Switch Account" feature, allow us to choose from those when transferring cards. That way if someone has multiple accounts and wants to move assets between them, there will be no chance of accidentally gifting to the wrong person due to a typo.
