Relative (+/-Perc) BCX Price - option default 0.1% when sell cards

When I click -, the default option is -1%. I want to list my cards for sale as high as possible but the cheapest on the market. 1% is much different for many cards. 1% default option might cause card price down further when new cards or set release. Hope '-' default option is -0.1%

Also, it'd good if there is icons like -0.1%, 1%, 3%, so people can select the percentage without typing.
